What does this mean for you and your privacy

Transcriptions are performed in a secure environment hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which meets industry standards for data protection and encryption.

Audio recordings are immediately and permanently deleted after transcription is complete to ensure your spoken data is not stored.

Upon request, the recording staff member can remove specific sections of the transcript to address any concerns you may have.

Only the recording staff member and authorised personnel can view and analyze the transcript. The transcript is not used for AI training purposes.

By default, transcribed data is retained for no longer than 48 hours after completion of the transcription process. After this period, all data is securely erased.

We undertake that the transcriptions are used solely for the purposes of improving meeting efficiency, accurate documentation, ensuring that all requests are met, and not for any unauthorised or unintended uses.

This system complies with applicable privacy laws and standards, ensuring your data is handled ethically and transparently.
